- Over 20 years of experience managing Detained Youth as well as experience with Incarcerated Adults and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Clients.
- Experience with various forms of theoretical approaches including: Psychodrama, Individual Psychology, Person-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
- Over 10 years of operating my own Private Practice, offering numerous Psychotherapeutic Interventions, conducting Custody Evaluations, Anger Management Evaluations and Drug and Alcohol Assessments in addition to offering Business Consulting Programs.
- Experience in supervising and managing a dynamic staff of over 50 individuals; maintaining their focus, motivation and professionalism while managing a very diverse and challenging population.
