I use a customized solutions philosophy, but base my approach on four basic steps: business assessment, strategy evaluation, plan development and testing of the plan. Services are provided directly with your staff on your premises. I meet with the individuals as well as the group. In this manner, each individual has the opportunity to be involved and can speak freely with me in a confidential setting. Then a group session allows all participants the opportunity to understand each other and their employer. This is when all members get “on the same page”.
